The hotel had a fantastic shuttle service that efficiently connected us to the nearby ski lifts. The spa facilities were great for relaxation after long days on the slopes, featuring a steam room and jacuzzi that truly enhanced our experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Parking presents a challenge due to tight spaces, even squeezing compact cars can be daunting!!! Spa facilities seem overcrowded at times, with little control over access, making relaxation less enjoyable. More hooks for ski gear in rooms would be beneficial!!!

The spa can get overcrowded since there’s little control on access. people not staying at the hotel just waltz in. the bathrooms need better ventilation. moisture tends to build up, leaving you with a damp room vibe if you aren't careful.

Had a fab time with friends! The spa was relaxing, and we loved the efficient shuttle service to the slopes. We also enjoyed hiking nearby and appreciated the helpful staff at the hotel. Make sure to try the varied meals at the buffet.
One of us had a tough time as the walk to the slopes can be icy, causing some trouble for our group.
